To submit a claim please complete the warranty request form and a customer service representative will be in contact with you shortly.

In case of an emergency, please contact your customer service representative or The Burnstead’s main office at (425) 454-1900 as soon as possible. In order to best serve the emergency please also submit a detail of the service request in writing through the warranty request form.
